The Official Wynn Las Vegas Website (extremely slow loading, but excellent)
Wynn's website is state-of-the-art, period.  If you're using dial-up you'll find it very slow and tedious - some functions will seem to display incorrectly (If you're on dial-up you probably won't be visiting the  Wynn properties anyway.)   Also, it's somewhat difficult to navigate.  Having said that, I suspect it's still probably the most luxurious website ever built...
Occupying the space that formerly was The Desert Inn Hotel and Casino on the East side of Las Vegas Boulevard, across the street from the Fashion Show Mall, Wynn Las Vegas continues the onward and upward trend "111,000 square foot casino, an 18 hole Wynn Golf Course, as well as many other attractions."
The casino's decor is "Victorian Modern," if there is such a thing. Upper middle class citizens will feel comfortable here.

AMENITIES
"Wynn Las Vegas offers its guests an array of magnificent amenities and indulgences including private lagoons and waterfalls; an exclusive shopping promenade featuring renowned designers; a championship 18-hole golf course; a luxurious, tranquil spa and salon; a Ferrari and Maserati dealership and extraordinary meeting rooms and facilities. The nightly entertainment includes the magical Lake of Dreams as well as the powerful and provocative 'Le Reve' by DRAGONE." -Travelocity

The shopping area stores are for big budgets... Inlaid tile patterns make up part of the flooring.
The Ferrari store (All things Ferrari, including an engine) is cool. They sell Ferrari T-shirts, key chains and many other gift items with the Ferrari logo. I heard that this is a Ferrari dealership, that's cool.
The "Water Feature" consists of super high resolution video beamed onto a huge rectangular "water curtain." It's a short show and difficult to see unless you view it from the Water Feature lounge, which is inside glass walls.

"Wynn Las Vegas continues to set new standards with the opening of Wynn Macau in September to an explosion of breathtaking fireworks. The sleek, lavish resort showcases an 86,000-piece crystal dragon statue and a fantastical dancing fountain of water and light."

I miss Old Vegas: Hobo Stew at the OLD OLD Boardwalk or Ralph's Diner at the StarDust or Candace at Ralph's Diner or the stars in the ceiling of The Starlight Lounge at The StarDust and the Blonde cocktail waitress who worked the lounge and the $5 machines - but it was rather fun and exciting when the Mirage opened.  The Mirage was the first hotel - of the latest incarnation of Las Vegas. -BC
