a troupe of semi-naked women that dance and lip-snyc. The numbers are
broken up by a no-nonsense, straight-talking comedian. The show remains
part of that classic Las Vegas genre of the topless show and is a

partially downtown." The RIV is on the northern edge of the
Strip, where Las Vegas Boulevard starts to loose it's shine, on the way
downtown. It does have a downtown, Big City feel to it.
