The Red Coral in
Denver is a sleeper. This Asian restaurant offers Chinese fare as well as
some Vietnamese dishes. The Vietnamese Summer Rolls (Steamed shrimp,
rice noodles, cucumber, bean sprouts, lettuce, cilantro and mint leaves
wrapped in rice paper, served with a spicy Asian peanut sauce) at $5.95
is one of my favorites. This is a fine dish. It's enough
for dinner... |

Standard: Beef,
Seafood, Chicken, Pork, Vegetables, Noodles and Fried Rice entrees, and
more are well prepared and delicious. Appetizers, Soups, and Exotic
drinks are also available. |

Prices are
average - Garlic Shrimp (shrimp and water chestnuts) $11.95. |
|
| |
|
|
| A glass of the
House wine starts at $2.75. Full liters of the house wine are
about $9.00; half-liters are also available. Now serving GIANT
BEERS. |

The restaurant
is in a strip mall - behind the IHOP. It's warm and
comfortable inside. The staff is very friendly in this family
friendly restaurant. After dinner, go next door for an ice-cream. |
