| A basic Southern Italian
red-and-white-checkered-tablecloth restaurant, Pasta Jay's offers pizza
(thin crust-California style,) pastas, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, entrées / nightly specials.
A small bar serves favorite adult beverages; beer is on the menu; wine is available by the glass,
bottle, 1/2 carafe or carafe. |

| You can order enjoy a meal on a seat at the
bar, on the outdoor patio, or in either of the two dinning rooms
(I recommend a table by the window - see below,) |
| The restaurant is cozy, yet bright and airy with a
window-wall facing the Pearl Street Mall which offers World-Class people
watching. Denver residents and most media refer to Boulder as The
Peoples Republic of Boulder. It's one of my favorite cities.

| *The Pasta Jay/s at Lone Tree is in a
peripheral area of the Park Meadows mall. The decor is similar to
the Boulder restaurant: huge, Italian food posters on the walls, walls
(sliding glass doors) that open onto patios, and outdoor patio seating as well
as indoor dinning areas, think modern, Tuscan villa. |
