GARDUNO'S Mexican Restaurant  (it's roots are in New Mexico - as are the owner of the Palms,) is authentically Mexican and authentically wonderful.  Not as ethnic-looking as it's sister restaurant in Las Vegas' Fiesta Hotel, this version is decidedly modern, but dark enough that you really can't tell.  The light fixtures are a combination of Asian lanterns and Mexican tin-lamps.
Both Gardunios have salsa bars with a variety of red and green salsas.
All the traditional Mexican foods from Fajitas to Flan as well as Steaks, Fish, Salads and more are available at moderate prices.  Sunday brunch (Nov. 2005) includes All You Can Drink Margs.

24 SEVEN is sort of a sport's restaurant.  In other words, you can watch the games on a bunch of huge TV's; They also serve food.  One unique thing about this place is that it has a long counter, where you can sit, eat and watch large screen TV.  The TV's are on the wall behind the counter and are mounted high-up.   This is great for single diners.  They don't have to just look around the room while they eat.

LITTLE BUDDHA is a restaurant as well as a Sushi-bar.
