| The Mandalay Bay Hotel
on the South Strip (West side of Las Vegas Blvd.) is one of many Pin Wheel
style hotels (three wings radiating from a central point,) in Las Vegas.
The Mandalay Bay, The Mirage and The Monte Carlo are
three of these 3 wing wonders. They are all on The South Strip.
Not too many years ago, an active "Hobo Jungle" existed - about where The
Mandalay Bay is located. |

| Swim in the Main Pool
or in The South Lagoon Pool; Float down The Lazy River, surf
at The Beach or hang-out under one of the (70) Cabanas. The
Lazy River is "a river" that just goes round and round, perfect for
tubing the day away. The half-moon "Beach" is washed with periodic
waves which roll to the shore and up on the beach. You can body surf

| THE SHARK REEF facts:
Indoor climate controlled, 95,000 sq. ft., over 2,000 animals, 100 different
species of animals, 15 different species of sharks, Golden Crocodiles,
Jungle, Reef, Shipwreck, Temple and lot's of water. This is a predator
based aquarium (appropriate for Las Vegas...) (The
term "animals" is from their brochure.) |
