| Filippi's Pizza Grotto on India St. is an
old style Italian restaurant in an older part of the city.
The pizza
is rather thick - but it's outrageously tasty. The well-seasoned
sauce is memorable under the generous mound of (blended?) cheese (s.)
A single slice of this pizza will make the world go away for awhile.
The pasta dishes are well prepared, as you like it, with rich sauces.
The portions are very large and the prices are small.
Decent wine can be ordered by the 1/2 carafe and full carafe.
