Boulder Station was one of
the first "Suburban Hotels" in the last incarnation of Las Vegas. |

flourished in the 90's. |

Highway, at Flamingo - about halfway between Sahara and Tropicana. |

Bright, clean and modern,
this hotel has polished hardwood flooring in the gaming areas, a popular |

show-room, a theater
complex, bars & lounges and a place for kids. It is a family
friendly hotel. |

Drive five minutes down
(East) Boulder Highway to
SAM'S TOWN and enjoy another experience.
City busses run up
and down Boulder Highway about every 20 minutes; you can also walk (the sidewalks
& busses here can be
slightly trashy though.) |

Restaurants include the
Guadalajara Mexican restaurant, the Pasta Palace Italian restaurant, The
Broiler, The Iron Horse Cafe, [the Pizza Palace
closed; There is a METRO PIZZA on the premises.] and of
course the buffet,
THE FEAST.
There is also a
Starbucks and several small
snack bars. A favorite of the locals, this out of the way hotel
is a great escape for a few hours or a few days. |
